Marta is a graduate of the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Masaryk University in Brno. She worked for 15 years at TCC as a Specialist Consultant and later as a Team Manager. She has covered and implemented projects in the field of recruitment and employee development across positions. She has been involved in developing and updating products such as assessment and development centers, individual development feedback, coaching, shadowing, 360° feedback, satisfaction surveys, and career counseling. She is a graduate of the “HR Manager” training program, accredited by the Ministry of Education and Training, and coaching training accredited by the ICF. She has been working at TCC online as Managing Director since 2019.
